When I arrived at Superlógica, I found a company in full growth mode, with multiple products and diverse teams seeking visual consistency and agility. The challenge was significant: to create a design language that would unify the experience across systems, reflect the brand's values, and serve as a foundation for the development of new digital solutions. This was the starting point for what would become the Superlógica Design Language.
The first step was to structure the visual and functional pillars. I worked on defining colors, typography, spacing, icons, and components that balanced functionality and identity. Together with the product and development teams, we documented standards and practices that ensured a coherent and scalable interface. The focus was always on creating something that evolved alongside the business, without losing clarity and purpose.
More than a design system, Superlógica Design Language became a tool for connecting teams. I created guidelines, approval workflows, and a reference portal for designers and developers. This foundation enabled broader and more natural adoption, strengthening collaboration and accelerating interface development. Design became a common language within Superlógica.
With the Design Language established, Superlógica began developing products with greater consistency, efficiency, and identity. My contribution was to ensure the system remained vibrant, adaptable, and user-centric. This experience was a milestone in my career as a designer, solidifying my passion for building bridges between design, technology, and organizational culture.
